Common Facilities

Following are the common facilities available for the enjoyment of Old Farm Lake residents:

Clubhouse:
The Clubhouse has meeting and entertaining rooms in addition to a kitchen and wet bar. It has an occupancy limit of 50 persons and may be reserved for meetings and parties through RMR Residential Realty, LLC. There is a usage fee of $100.00 for Fri-Sun and $50.00 for Mon-Thurs. Exercise room:
The Exercise Room is located on the lower level of the clubhouse and is equipped with a number of exercise machines as well as locker rooms with sauna and shower facilities. Exercise Room Rules & Regulations

Tennis Courts:
Two outdoor tennis courts are available for residents. Tennis Courts Rules & Regulations

Sportscourt:
A platform tennis area with a basketball hoop is located next to the clubhouse. Sportscourts Rules & Regulations

Swimming Pool:
A 30' by 60' outdoor swimming pool is available for your enjoyment, and is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations

Playground:
A toddler playground equipped with swings and slides is available for the enjoyment of Old Farm Lake children.

Old Farm Lake, Silver Pond and the Gazebo:
The lake and pond are well stocked with different species of fish and are approved for fishing from shore. The nature preserves surrounding the lakes and pond are home to an assortment of wild life including muskrats, snapping turtles, rabbits, deer and a large variety of birds.

Swimming, boating and ice skating are not permitted on the lake or pond. These activities are not covered by our Insurance Policy. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Please note that the New Castle Police Department has been granted the authority to arrest anyone using the recreational facilities unsupervised, after 8:00 P.M. This includes the swimming pool, tennis courts, Sportscourt, lake, pond and gazebo.
